One of the great literary themes is the personal voyage of discovery and the joy that can be derived from casting off notional shackles and embracing new experiences. We invite you to ‘Open Up’ to Sirromet. Recently recognised as a 5-star winery by James Halliday, we are proud to have collected over 700 prestigious national and international wine awards since opening in 2000.
For most of us, letting a wine ‘Open Up’ means allowing it to breathe and release its often complex flavours and aroma. Since quality wines begin on the vine, Sirromet attributes the flavour and quality of our wines to the exceptional fruit grown in our Granite Belt vineyards. With 100 hectares under vine, Sirrromet’s vineyards are located in the high altitude of Queensland’s renown Granite Belt region.
Situated at picturesque Mount Cotton, just a short drive from Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Sirromet’s state of the art facilities offer food and wine lovers the ultimate winery experience - combining production, cellar door and 5 star restaurant, alive with unique architecture and breathtaking scenery. A visit to Sirromet is a promise of new adventures, new friendships and wonderful new discoveries.
There’s nothing more boring than being stuck in your ways. If you’re open to trying new things, Sirromet won’t disappoint. In fact, it will delight. And so will the memories you create when you ‘open up’ with Sirromet.
