The annual Art with Altitude exhibition on Mount Glorious will exhibit the artworks by many well-known artists from the creative communities of Mount Glorious and Mount Nebo.
Artworks for sale will include a variety of media- oil, watercolour and acrylic paintings, sculpture, jewellery, ceramics, glass-work, pen and ink drawings, photography, fine furniture and fibre-art.
There will also be a range of market stalls and some coffee and snacks available....
If you’re ever visiting the Maiala Day Use Area or trekking the trails of Mount Glorious, you may pass England Creek Bush Camp. In the heart of D’Aguilar National Park, England Creek Bush Camp is a picturesque spot to pitch a tent right alongside England Creek.
A walk-in only bush camp off the Aquila Loop, you will have to carry all your essential items with you during the hike. Accommodating for up to nine people, the camp, like many others in the National Park, does not have any facilities meaning your pack should include a first-aid kit, water, rubbish bags, insect repellent and a portable stove.

This easy and pleasant stroll through dense rainforest and eucalypt forest is well-maintained, well-shaded by towering trees and fairly flat throughout. The gentle walk winds around the side of the mountain to end at Boombana Picnic Area.
When beginning from the Jolly’s Lookout end, you will soon be rewarded with a few incredible views which stretch all the way out to the coastline.
If walking at a leisurely pace, it should take you about two hours to complete the return trip, for an eight kilometre hike in total.

The Morelia walking track is in southern D'Aguilar National Park.
Starting from Manorina, this walk explores patches of cool rainforest and open eucalypt forest before reaching Mount Nebo lookout. Discover wet eucalypt forest and groves of cabbage tree palms, their huge fan-shaped leaves spreading overhead like umbrellas. Listen for the booming ‘wallock-a-woo’ and ‘book-a-roo’ call of wompoo fruit-doves calling in the canopy.
Catch your breath at the natural rock outcrop of Mount Nebo lookout and admire magnificent views over Samford Valley, Mount Tempest and Moreton Bay. On a clear day, the Moreton Island sand dunes appear to strangely hover on the horizon.
If you're keen to keep walking, Manorina is also the starting point for the short and family-friendly Atrax circuit.
This six kilometre return walking track is mostly gently-sloping and well-defined track but it is quite steep in some places. Return along the same track. You need about two hours to complete this moderately difficult grade track....
