With over 150 stalls of locally made crafts, fresh produce, preserves, cookies and cakes delicious Street food, live music, there is something for everyone. Come down and spend a leisurely Sunday strolling around Justins Park enjoying all of the sights that this beautiful location offers, right on the beach front in Burleigh Heads. Whether you are after handmade fashion, jewellery, home wares, skincare, toys, fresh produce or just something unique you won't find in the shops, there's sure to be a bargain for you. The markets operate between 8.00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., weather permitting, all year round.

Located right on the foreshore, Justins Park is a great park for kids and adults alike. There are many picnic tables or park bench seats. Make a day of it and bring a picnic, or grab some fish and chips and soak in the Burleigh atmosphere. The kids playground in Justins Park is a favourite with the littlies - all the traditional favourites are there such as swings, slides and climbing, as well as a balance beam, spinning tea cup and more! The Oceanway through Justins Park is a hub of activity. It is a locals favourite, with the wide pathways perfect for joggers, bikes and prams. This two kilometre walk also has five kiddies parks conveniently positioned at intervals! The area just to the north of Justins Park comes alive each Monday and Wednesday morning. Over 100 residents enjoy this free Council Active and Healthy activity from 8.30am - come along and join in, and experience the relaxation and energy of tai chi. The Justins Park and Burleigh Esplanade park areas are always a hub of activity - get out and about and join in today!

A wild, natural headland in the heart of the Gold Coast offers walks along the rocky foreshore and through rainforest, and the chance to see whales in spring and sea-eagles soaring along the coast. At Burleigh Head, where ancient volcanic columns meet the sea, this park features rainforest, eucalypt forest, pandanus groves, tussock grassland, coastal heath and mangroves. Its northern side is one of Australia's most famous surfing point breaks. Walk the Ocean view walk around the rocky headland from Tallebudgera Creek and look at the tumbled masses of six-sided basalt columns. Explore the Rainforest circuit, wandering through a living museum of plants, and watch for humpback whales from Tumgun lookout in winter and spring. See Australian brush-turkey nesting mounds, seabirds and water dragons. Picnic on Burleigh foreshore or relax on Echo Beach.

John Laws Park offers one of the most magical views anywhere in the world! A stunning park right atop Burleigh Headland, there are views all the way to Surfers Paradise. Each weekend, picnic and barbecues are a plenty, with the grassy hill area a popular destination for get togethers. Bring your own picnic, or grab a take away meal or coffee from the coffee shops nearby. At the top of Burleigh Hill is the Burleigh Heads National Park. This is a popular walking or running track, with two loop options - rainforest or ocean view. The return journeys are 2.3 and 2.4 kilometres respectively, offering superb views and the relaxing soothe of the rainforest escape. Access to the patrolled Burleigh Beach is just around the corner, this beach known worldwide for its majestic views overlooking the rocks at Burleigh Point, all the way to the Surfers Paradise skyline. The kids aren't forgotten, and the slippery dip and swings in John Laws Park have the best views on the Coast! Head around the corner to Justins Park, and here you will find a massive kids playground, with slippery dip, balance beam, spinning tea cup and swings.

Ancient volcanic columns meet the sea on this easy stroll in Burleigh Head National Park in the heart of the Gold Coast. The Oceanview track skirts the coastline leading around the rocky headland from the southern edge of Burleigh Heads township to the southern [park entrance near Tallebudgera Creek. Pack a picnic and relax by the creek at Echo Beach and marvel at the tumbled masses of six sided basalt columns. Spot whales (during winter and spring), white-bellied sea-eagles and birdwing butterflies (in summer). Allow 30 minutes from the rocky headland at Tallebudgera Creek to walk the track through pandanus groves, tussock grasslands, coastal heath and mangroves to southern Burleigh. You can either return by the same path or via the Rainforest circuit and Tumgun lookout. For your safety, a section of Oceanview walk may be temporarily closed before, during and after severe weather, due to the increased risk of rock falls. Check Park Alerts for track closures. For your safety, please observe the DANGER boulder fall zone restricted access area sign and remain on the walking track. Access is not permitted to the boulder fields, including Cannon Rock, or the steep slopes between the Oceanview track and the boulder fields—penalties apply....
