Sylvan Springs is a boutique winery nestled in the heart of the McLaren Vale region. Owned and operated by fourth generation vigneron, David Pridmore is expanding on his family tradition in the local wine industry which dates back to 1892, when the family first established a vineyard in the heart of McLaren Vale. The Sylvan Springs label is the result of a formidable and enviable combination of premium quality fruit, (with 45 hectares of premium fruit to choose from, only the very best is retained for the Sylvan Springs label), and the exceptional winemaking talents of Brian Light, whose extensive knowledge, experience and success are well known in the industry. These factors combined with the latest in winemaking techniques are all an integral part of the foundation on which Sylvan Springs is built.

Lavina Wines is located in the beautiful wine region of McLaren Vale on South Australia's stunning Fleurieu Peninsula coastline. This famous region has produced wines that are renowned for optimum ripeness, elegance, power and complexity since the first vines were planted here in 1838.

Lavina is a family owned business with a passion for producing wine of supreme balance and structure, reflecting the varietal and expressing each individual vineyard and wine style. 70 year old vines help contribute to Lavina producing wines that consistently receive worldwide accolades for their premium red and white styles.

Lavina Wines Cellar Door is surrounded by stunning views of the native gardens and trophy winning Estate Grown Cabernet Franc vines; a landscape that is framed by the picturesque backdrop of the rolling Willunga Hillside. Visitors are encouraged to come up to the winery to taste and enjoy the premium wines by the glass or bottle while admiring the beautiful surroundings.
