The multi award winning, hand crafted beers brewed at our Margaret River brewery have enabled Colonial Brewing Co to claim the prestigious honour of being awarded Australia's Champion Small Brewery for two consecutive years as well as a string of Gold, Silver & Bronze medals!

The Royal also offers the perfect space for your next function with river views, and our extensive beverage list to impress your guests. We cater for engagement parties, birthdays, work functions and more with a range of areas available to suit your needs. We can also organise your dinner function catering for up to 40 guests.

Cafe 196 is located on the ground floor of the Perth Ambassador Hotel in Western Australia, and offers buffet breakfast and a la carte dinner service 7 days.

The restaurant offers friendly and attentive service. The Cafe 196 menu comprises a blend of both Asian and Australian influences, showcasing both cooking styles, diversity of flavours, colours and textures. Meals are complimented by a selection of local and national boutique beers, world-class wines and enticing cocktails.

As part of the Mantra on Hay, Benson's gives weary travellers the sort of unpretentious dining experience they might be craving when away from the comforts of home. Simply furnished in unobtrusive earthy shades, the space is equally inviting for harried CBD workers as for the hotel guests, drawing customers from the street as well as the rooms. Those craving comfort food will gratefully fall over the selection of hearty soups, juicy roasts and rustic tarts. Alternatively, these homely favourites are supplemented by the surprising addition of inventive pan-Asian dishes.

Located on the street level of Adelaide Terrace, Joe's features a sumptuous array of dishes from Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore - each prepared in a spectacular open kitchen. The meals are inexpensive and each carries a "chilli coding", indication of whether they are spicy or mild.
