The Arab Steed Hotel is one of Adelaide’s most historic hotels, made thoroughly modern by owners Shayne and Jill White who for 25 years have made people welcome at this iconic hotel.

Today the ‘Arab’ is a pleasant mix of ‘modern’ and ‘traditional’. The food is terrific, and the service is friendly and attentive - values which have served the hotel well for more than a Century.

The Bistro is warm and inviting to all customers with variation in tastes, from cimarosti west end sausages with caramelised onion gravy to crispy skin duck leg on mushroom risotto and many of the old pub favourites. The staff pride themselves on the presentation and consistency of meals. Having good product knowledge and knowing what each plate consists of is a trait that all staff possess. This ensures the level of consistency that the Hotel prides and expects of itself. A daily specials board offers what's in season and fresh on the day that the chef has sourced.

The wine list is extensive and has mostly Australian content. The list has both options by the glass and by the bottle with monthly wines on the table. The bar is easily approachable and is well stocked with a wide variety of wines, bottled beers from all over the world, spirits and a wide variety of beers on tap.

An all-new entertainment experience. The London, situated on cosmopolitan North Terrace, is a sophisticated and diverse venue, incorporating a 170 person restaurant, nightclub and gaming room.

Mansions Tavern offers an extensive a la carte menu for both lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday. Room service is available for those preferring a quiet night in, and you also have the convenience of charging the bill to your room account. The Mansions Tavern can accommodate 360 patrons standing, or 100 seated in the restaurant.

The Sacaren' s Head Tavern is classed as a Relaxed atmosphere with traditional values and meals. Come in for a beer with our friendly staff.

Restored to its former glory, the Cumberland is an easy-going place where all are welcome. Choose from the extensive wine list and seasonal menu. Boasting loads of rooms and a massive beer garden, this pub has something for everyone. The uni crowds love this place on a Thursday and our Sunday afternoon Jazz sessions are hotting up, just in time for summer.

While our dance floor pumps on weekends, some people just love sitting in the sun on Waymouth St and sipping a wine while watching the world go by.

Underwent interior renovations for a couple of years and reopened in 1998 as a smaller Botanic Bar. Botanic Bar occupies one of those grandiose, verandah-wrapped edifices that one normally associates with vast renovated pubs. However, Botanic is not interested in pokies and pints. Instead, it worships the temple of the divine cocktail.

Three full-time cocktail bartenders devote themselves entirely to maintaining, expanding and serving a massive list of 40-odd cocktails. There's a dizzying array of booze behind the bar (including more than 50 liqueurs). Here, the bar staff shake, build, stir and blend an endless stream of mixes, from muddles to martinis and sours.

DJs entertain Botanic's crowd of uni students and miscellaneous young things on most night, spinning funk, breaks and electro-house tunes. There's no dance floor for people to really let loose on, but the crowd seems more than happy to stand and wiggle, or sit on leather sofas and sway from there.

On quieter nights, the billiard room offers a refined twist on the standard pub pool hall, with two full-sized tables testing the limits of myopic pool hounds.

The tavern is part of the Southern Cross Arcade. It is a great place to relax with friends over a beer or lemonade and chill for the evening.

THE WORLDSEND HOTEL, located in the heart of Adelaide’s vibrant West End, is a classic traditional pub full of atmosphere. A new incarnation of an old favourite, Pete Hogan has taken over the pub on the corner of Morphet Street and Wright Street in the centre of Adelaide city. The new Whitmore Hotel provides a mix of traditional Front, Saloon and Lounge bar hospitality. From big hearty pub counter meal favorites out front, to smart relaxed dining experiences in the Lounge, the pub has all the ingredients of a great experience.
