Castle Hill Tavern is the original ‘local’ pub in the Hills district, with years of providing customers with efficient and friendly customer service at all of our four bars. The Tav will cater to all your needs with our wide range of facilities such as our family friendly bistro, VIP lounge, TAB, pool table, beer garden and our two dedicated function rooms ideal for both corporate and private events.

Our Bistro is open seven days from 11am till late and has weekday dining specials for lunch and dinner. Our dining area boasts both inside and outdoor seating for any age to enjoy.

Our weekly entertainment includes, trivia, members' draws, karaoke and live entertainment with soloists playing in our beer garden.

Our venue hosts two function rooms that will cater to any occasion. Whether you are celebrating an event such as an engagement, wedding, birthday, anniversary or christening or arranging your work meetings or conferences our experienced functions team will make it an event to remember.

Our signature suite, our Balcony Bar is perfect for engagement parties, 21st birthdays christenings, wedding receptions and corporate events. Whether it be a cocktail party or banquet style event the Balcony Bar is sure to impress every time. The room is equipped with a private bar, bathroom facilities, a large private balcony, and spacious interior with modern design.

The Level One function room comes with its own personal speaker system with iPod or mp3 player compatibility, a DVD player and plasma TV . The use of these facilities is complimentary.

The Bourbon Bar is a fantastic location for any cocktail or banquet style event. It has its very own private bar and wooden dance floor. This room has a great relaxed feel and has been host to many birthdays, engagements and school reunions as well as sporting presentations and awards ceremonies.

The Blue Gum Hotel is your answer to a good time. The Hotel still boasts its herritage charm, with pieces of history located across the entirety of the hotel. We cater for any occassion whether it be a beer after work, quality time with the family or just to catch up with friends whilst enjoying a meal in the bistro. Never wanting to stand still we have just completed a revamp of the function area called the Terrace - now carpeted and air-conditioned it is now an area to suit every season. Look out in the coming months to the new entry at the rear of the hotel.

The Sports bar has the facilities to cater for all sporting interest, it has a private courtyard with tables and chairs, a modern TAB, flat screen televisions to watch the Rugby Union, Rugby League, AFL, Soccer and Cricket to name a few. There has never been this much attention to comfortable and ease, to be able to relax and watch your favourite sport while enjoying a drink with friends.

The Lounge Bar is relaxed with its own LCD television showing sports and music channels. The Hotels main courtyard is located within easy access to the lounge bar and it is a favorite on Friday and Saturday nights when the Zen Night Club is in full swing. Comfortable modern seating and tables provide a relaxed environment to get together with friends and enjoy a great cocktail. We have a large selection of premium local and imported beers, not to mention spirits from 18 year old single malt scotches to some of the best Bourbons, Vodkas and Tequilas. Il Nido - The Nest was built and opened on 22nd of April 1997 by the Dell’Aquila family, drawing on inspiration of our family’s surname, meaning “from the eagle”.

Aldo Dell’Aquila built the restaurant and with his son David (owner) created one of the first modern Australian with touch of Italian flare cuisine for castle hill.

Al-Madina Lebanese Cuisine, is a family owned restaurant, opened on Friday 15th September 2006 by the Mayor of Baulkham Hills, Sonya Phillips.

The Moussa family have had a long history in the hospitality industry in Sydney, dating back to 1976 with the opening of their first restaurant in George Street in the City, called ‘Aladdin’. After great success, Gary Moussa and his family went on to open numerous coffee lounges across the suburbs, including Castle Hill.

In the short period that Al-Madina has been open, it has already established a name for itself within the community as a popular eating and meeting venue.
