Cooks Hill Hotel is a new establishment to the Cabramatta West area (not to be confused with Cooks Hill in Newcastle). We opened doors for trading on the 1st of December, 2004 and our business continues to grow as does our crowd of wonderful patrons . Brewhouse Doonside was originally built in 1962 on a swamp marsh that ran through the local Doonside area. And was remembered for the local brickworks that was operating close by, it quickly developed a large number of local customers.
