Consequently, our blends change with the coffee season but remain on the same cupping quality standards. This is how it all begins. Then itÂ’s manually roasted in a small top of the line Has Garanti roaster and packed shortly after in bags that maintain freshness for months and let the coffee de-gas slowly without losing aroma or flavour.
