Current owners since 2004, Mark & Tracy Weber welcome you to the Rose & Crown and it's many amenities, as a discreet restoration program happens around you creating wonderful new public areas. We hope you enjoy your visit with your family and friends or business colleagues and that you will return often to see and enjoy the friendly hospitality of our staff and the resurrection of one of Australias great iconic pubs. The lodge boasts twenty-eight 3.5 Star rooms, of which 12 queen size rooms. All of our rooms are well appointed and decorated in modern comfort decor. Rose & Crown Lodge is also designed to aid the business traveller as well as families offering a number of connecting rooms. Our rooms are equipped with new ensuite facilities, soft furnishings, television, air conditioning, fridges and tea and coffee-making facilities. The Lodge can provide meeting facilities with rooms available for private meetings and consultations offering, fax, scanning and photocopying facilities. Extra facilities or equipment can be easily arranged as we cater for many corporate events. The Heritage Suites on the upper level of the original Hotel have been extensively and faithfully restored to offer the ultimate in luxury, complete with 19th century furnishings, authentic dcor and a touch of modern indulgence with newly installed spa-baths in three of the four suites.

Grandis Cottages is one of the newest accommodation facilities in the Swan Valley and is set on a five acre semi-rural property. The cottages are stylish and offer you comfort and luxury, the perfect venue to stay after a visit to the many wineries, after a meal at one of the many local restaurants or after a function at one of the many function centres located in the valley, or just a weekend away. Each cottage offers a modern lounge, kitchen and dining area. Gas log fires and air-conditioning provides the perfect comfort. Each bathroom is equipped with a two person spa and the bedroom has a queen size bed (one single bed also in the second bedroom) fitted with quality linen. A choice of breakfast provisions is provided daily so you can cook your breakfast at a suitable time in the privacy of your cottage. The traditional breakfast provision includes eggs, bacon, sausages, freshly baked bread, jams, spreads and other seasonally available valley produce. Continental breakfast is also available. A fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

Just arrived at Perth Airport and ready to embark on a farmstay adventure? Located just 20 minutes from Peth International Airport, Settlers Rest Farmstay is waiting for you! Having only one cottage for guests (the hosts also live on the farm), the farm is quiet and private. The cottage is a true example of early Australian architecture, fully restored with all the modern comforts of today's living. The cottage has three bedrooms for a maximum of eight persons. It is perfect for travelling families with young children. The kitchen has full cooking facilities to prepare your own meals, another plus with young children. A washing machine and dryer, also perfect for young children. Adults and children alike delight in feeding the farm animals, and collecting the eggs from the chickens. Children can touch and hand feed goats, alpacas, sheep, lambs, cow and horses at any time of the day. Staying at Settlers Rest Farmstay is more than a bed, it is a whole experience.

The ground floor apartment of an attractive executive home set high in the dress circle of Dianella is now available for short to medium long term stays.

The suburb of Dianella is a lovely area of Perth and is considered inner city. This house sits among quality houses in a quiet, safe inner-city suburb.

The area is close to the golf course and one street away from the birds and native trees in Breckler Park. The area is ideal for morning walks or strolls at dusk.

The apartment overlooks a sparkling and secluded swimming pool and garden. It also has reverse cycle air conditioning.

The accommodation is fully furnished and comprises a bedroom/lounge/dining area with separate bathroom and toilet; a single bed nook with double slatted doors; and a separate laundry / kitchenette with all necessary appliances for casual meals - hotplate, microwave, toaster, kettle , refrigerator and sink (laundry). The sheltered outdoor area is accessed from the lounge double doors. You have your own separate entrance.

The home is not far away from the Dianella Shopping Centre and minutes from the Terry Tyzack swimming pool and gym. It’s around 7 kms from Perth CBD.

The gardens are well tended and the home is nicely maintained. There is a generous driveway or street parking.

Once a year, over a long weekend, Swan Valley celebrates everything the Valley stands for. Food. Wine. Music. Fun. Arts. Culture. Workshops. Entertainment. Whiteman Park is a unique conservation and recreation reserve, covering 4,000 hectares of natural bushland and leisure facilities just 25 minutes from the Perth central business district. The Park, located on the doorstep of the Swan Valley, boasts a fantastic range of attractions and facilities making it a great destination for families and tourists alike. Attractions include Caversham Wildlife Park, where you can feed the kangaroos and pat a koala. Evening tours of Woodland Reserve allow a rare view of the Park at night, and an even rarer encounter with the endangered woylie, which thrives in its protected sanctuary at Whiteman Park. Discover a rich transport heritage story in three museums - Revolutions Transport Museum, the Motor Museum of WA and the Tractor Museum of WA. Guildford Post Office is one of the town?s most prominent landmarks and still operates today as a postal agency. Built in 1897, the magnificent historic building takes pride of place on the main street of this well preserved town. Examine the Victorian Italianate architectural style, and see if you can spot where alterations were carried out in 1901. The beautiful clock and bell tower were added to the Post Office four years after the building was completed. Whilst the bell still remains in the tower, it is no longer rung. The post office sits on the site of an old convict depot hospital in the heart of the charming town of Guildford, just 20 minutes drive east of Perth. The entire town has been classified by the National Trust and as a result offers many historical buildings worth exploring. ...
