Established in August 2002, Pelagos Greek Tavern is a family operated Greek restaurant located at the beach end of Hampton Street, Hampton. The quality of enticing food, lively Greek background music, warm and relaxing family friendly atmosphere and impeccable service will ensure that your first visit to Pelagos Greek Tavern will not be your last.

Entrees at Pelagos are an absolute delight with the grilled calamari or octopus a delicacy that creates a great stimulus for the rest of the meal. The highlights are the Fish of the day or the Gyros (Lamb on the Spit), and the variety of the seafood and grilled meat platters. One cannot resist the Saganaki or white bait at Pelagos.

We are a relaxed lounge bar early in the evening and turn it on Friday and Saturday for a great party with DJs from 10 pm. A tasty neat menu that is very finger food friendly is available till 10 pm each night. A massive selection of drinks is on offer from cocktails to beers and wines and a broad array of spirits.

The Brown Cow is located in Bayside, Hampton, a two-minute walk from Hampton Station and approximately 500 metres from Hampton Beach.

Located at the bottom end of Hampton Street, the Cow is perfectly situated to grab a bite to eat, catch up with friends, or chill out after walking the shops of Hampton Street. The Cow is the place to be during summer. Our large deck area, which overlooks Hampton Street, allows you to eat, drink and be merry, whilst enjoying some rays. Whether it is food, drinks or just a coffee you're after, the Cow is the place to sit down and relax.

Husband and wife chefs Brendon Mitchell & Katie Krauss-Mitchell have made some changes to their charge, The Hotel Max. Prahran’s classic old world pub, is attracting crowds that revel in the pleasures, but not the pretense, of passionately prepared food and quality wines.  

The Max dining room has been refreshed using Lorna Wallace Design and is dotted with lamp lit tables, and adorned with retro artwork. Cool music plays in the background and is home to a loyal clientele of local diners.

The Corner Cellar Bar is fantastic place for a quick glass of wine with a freind, or a long lunch with an amazing wine list. Adding fuel is an equally fantastic beer list with fantastic staff to help you choose the right cleansing ale.

The College Lawn is situated in one of Melbourne's most fashionable precincts. The hotel features a Lounge Bar, Restaurant, Vinyl Lounge, Public Bar, Bottleshop and two sun drenched courtyards.

Our back bar doubles as our function room, catering for all manor of events from 30 to 200 people. We can set the room for a sit down dinner and presentation, or for a hip and groovy birthday party. See the functions page for details.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Monday to Friday, and all day over the weekend. We have backpacker style accommodation upstairs with single, double and dorm rooms for 40 guests.

The Elwood Lounge is an inviting, atmospheric and cosy bar. The style is pure lounge, art deco and retro all mixed together to provide a perfect place to meet friends for a meal or drinks out of the city. It is a second home to most locals where they can enjoy our beautiful sunny courtyard or warm themselves by our open fireplace.

The warm comfort of La La Land offer a haven from the rush of Chapel Street, Two rooms, each with deep armchairs and fireplaces invite a long stay. Whether you gather round a fondue by the fire with friends or let vodka and sushi rease the stresses of the day, La La Land is a welcome treat.

As soon as you approach the orange front doors you know you're about to be transported to a funky place that oozes sexy decadence. Retro glam styling is reflected in period style carpets, 70's porn wallpaper, mood enhancing circular light bubs and a curved bar and furnishings. A flashing dancefloor at one end is a unique and alluring feature, while there is plenty of room for chillin out on the comfy seating spread throughout the venue. The VIP room and sexy bathrooms complete the picture.

For over fifteen years, Caseys Nightclub has been accommodating Melbourne’s party-going masses by hosting weekly club nights with enduring appeal. From Melbourne's most popular Uni night, Tuesday nights in Cheers Bar, to their monthly Switch metal night and their long-standing Saturday nights, Melbourne punters continue to flock to Caseys for its big room sound and electric atmosphere.

Situated above the renowned music store, this bar is popular throughout the day and night.

The front half is only open at night and is used for live acts. DJs play both here and out the back. The large, hall-like room at the back houses rows of recycled couches, but a real highlight is the retro entertainment that extends to include a brown felt pool table.
