The Seven Mile Inn has been part of local history for over 90 years. Originally located a few hundred metres from its present site, the original Seven Mile Inn was a scheduled stop for horse drawn coaches, where both passengers and horses were fed and watered before continuing north to Wanneroo & Yanchep. Photos displayed on our walls reflect our proud heritage as an integral part of the local Balcatta community.

Thai cuisine is essentially a marriage of centuries-old Eastern and Western influences harmoniously combined into something uniquely Thai. The characteristics of Thai food depend on who cooks it, for whom it is cooked, for what occasion, and where it is cooked to suit all palates.

Instead of serving dishes in courses, a Thai meal is served all at once, permitting diners to enjoy complimentary combinations of different tastes. A proper Thai Food meal should consist of a soup, a curry dish with condiments, a dip with accompanying fish and vegetables. A spiced salad may replace the curry dish. The soup can also be spicy, but the curry should be replaced by non spiced items. There must be a harmony of tastes and textures within individual dishes and the entire meal.

Somewhat to our surprise, we have come into possession of a really fantastic beach side venue. Although we have always thought that the Fish Pub concept, which has operated for many years in Fremantle and Canning Bridge, would be perfect for a place on the ocean, we never hoped to find such a beautiful position. The site appears to rise out of the sparkling blue Indian Ocean and surrounding sand dunes, and provides a wonderful venue for beach goers and locals alike .
