Kangarutha Cottage is located just three kilometres from Tathra on the fringe of tall coastal forest and open farmland. It is a nature lovers paradise on 120 hectares, with numerous walking trails, wildlife dams, kangaroos, gliders, bird life and farm horses.
The property has a main cottage with a queen and two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom with bath. A private adjoining building has a double bed with with separate lounge and en suite. The house has a fully fenced large landscaped yard with separate enclosed courtyard and tennis court, childs swing set and fort.
You can connect to the Tathra Mountain Bike trails right from the front door and walk into the adjoining Bournda NP trails. Tathra Beach, shops, cafes, supermarket, butcher, doctor, chemist, clubs and boat ramps are five minutes away.
