The Lakeside 300 is a 300 kilometre endurance race around the iconic Brisbane circuit Lakeside Park Raceway. The Raceway has a rich heritage of more than 50 years including the Australian Grand Prix and multiple Touring Car Championship conducted at the venue. The Lakeside 300 is an event that is set to become part of the folklore at Lakeside Park. The 300 has a unique division time base structure that allows just about any type of sedan car to compete against each other equally. With various mandatory pit stop per division the race will come down to the wire. The Lakeside 300 is round two of the Queensland Endurance racing championship. The Championships first round is the Willowbank 300 at Queensland Raceway and has attracted a strong field of talented drivers. After the inaugural race in 2016, 2017 is looking to be bigger and better....

Meander through dry open forest and discover the diverse range of eucalypt species found in this peaceful reserve.
